Equipment is manufactured in Italy; if purchased from a single company discounts up to 15% are possible. This price would be delivered to the proposed site and set in place.
If this equipment is purchased directly from the Italian company and shipped directly to the proposed new venture, then there will be little to no customs or VAT charge against the purchase. The local equipment dealer states that delivery can be expected within 3 weeks of signing purchase agreement. 50% of agreed purchase price to be paid upon placing the order, balance upon delivery and set-up. The company says three weeks but understanding how things
work in Latvia I would expect delivery in maybe 6 weeks.

A 5% discount on the rent may be possible if six months rent is paid upon signing of lease.

Initial working capitol would be funds required to set up new Latvian company and pay necessary license, permit, open bank account, set up credit card merchant account, telephone connection, expedite fees and labor costs for training and set-up.

Initial inventory would include products to work with including paper goods, cleaning supplies, spices, and actual food preparation inventory.

Initial advertising and promotion would be to advertise in the local media of the opening.
To place advertisements in all local tourist guides. To purchase T-Shirts and caps to
give a certain number of initial customers. Also these t-shirts and caps would become
the uniform to be worn by employees.

The amount asked may be cut some, this is what I feel would take to make this an operation that will not only "SUCCEED" that will also "PROSPER".

I can only hope that there may be away to make this proposal a reality.
