in plain milk along with spices overnight. This meal

Skinless chicken breast prepared with special vinegar
and spices marinate. Served with cole slaw and

Served with cole slaw choice of potatoes or dirty rice.
Ribs will marinated in apple vinegar over night then
boiled in a water/vinegar mix until done then salted,
peppered along with a few other spice baked until
brown. Several variations of how to flavor them.

American Style Breakfast: (BREAKFAST SERVED EVERY OPENING HOUR)
Eggs, (fried or scrambled) with a choice of Bacon, Ham
or Sausage. The Sausage to be prepared in house
from a little known family recipe. To my knowledge only
the "Radisson Hotel" serves anything approaching an
"American Breakfast Sausage" in Riga. This item will be
served with Hash Brown Potatoes and toast. (Grits when
available for special customers instead of hash browns)
